PwC Head Quarters, Belfast

PwC HQ, Belfast is a state-of-the-art Grade A office development providing mixed use accommodation and 6 retail units. The £70m collaborative space for learning and emerging skills is significantly designed for open space.

The project was heavily serviced across the 9 floors which required vast and complex mechanical and electrical installations. The offices are open plan spaces for over 3,000 staff, with cutting edge technology. Merchant Square is the first privately built commercial building in Northern Ireland which has received ‘Excellent’ status by BREEAM UK.

Working in conjunction with the main contractor Gilbert Ash, Michael Nugent Ltd provided the complex MEP services for the Cat B fit-out throughout the 9 floors for this outstanding project.
