NI Science Park, Derry

The Innovation Centre in Derry was established to anchor the work of the NI Science Park across the north and west of the Province.  At 50,000 square foot in size, the facility provides space for over 30 tenants from software, telecoms, digital media, bioscience and television production businesses. The Data Centre and flexible work areas on offer create a modern and innovative work environment for companies of any size.

We provided all mechanical services to this exciting new build, including heating systems, sanitary ware and water mains. Michael Nugent also supplied ventilations, pressurisation units and fully-automated BMS wiring, with all installations undergoing a rigorous inspection and testing before commission.
