Layden House, London

The refurbishment of the 1970’s Layden House London office building has been transformed creating a vibrant commercial office block bringing the building to the new age modern office culture.

The older style offices presented challenges to staff and clients therefore the renovation was much needed to bring it up to date with today’s standards. Architect Hawkins Brown proposed to transform Layden House through a series of subtle and contrasting rotations of the primary facade, bringing the building to life for the occupants.

Michael Nugent Ltd are pleased to have completed the full complex M&E services for this low energy refurbishment scheme to our growing repertoire of Grade A commercial projects. The building had a vast range of M&E services including but not limited to; plumbing installation, sanitary installation, fully automated BEMS installation, external trunk main installation, boiler installation, general / emergency lighting and security systems.
