ECOS Centre

The ECOS Centre Ballymena was originally built as an educational tool for renewable energy and a model of sustainability, however public interest in the project faded over the years and the building became neglected. Works were required to rejuvenate the project, bringing the structure in line with current building regulations as well as
breathing life back into the environmental education centre.

Michael Nugent Ltd provided the Mechanical services accompanying these refurbishment works. A full upgrade to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems was provided as well as a brand new office accommodation fitout. The building has been reconfigured to provide NI Science Park-style shared and private workspaces, formal & informal meeting spaces and conference facilities alongside quality catering and business support.
