Bluestone Unit

The Adult Psychiatric Unit at Bluestone is a high-quality, innovative facility that aims to provide the finest care to its patients. It contains 74 bedrooms, a day hospital, Therapy Unit, ECT suites and outpatients department, spanning over a 6,800 squared metre site.

Our responsibility was to provide full mechanical installation, including radiator, ventilation, plumbing and medical gases installation as well as general ventilation. Considering the nature of the unit’s patients, careful consideration was taken in ensuring anti-vandal and anti-ligature elements where included in the design and installation process.
