Michael Nugent is Recruiting – Mechanical Stores/Stock Administrator

Michael Nugent Ltd is a leading M&E services provider within the building services industry and due to continued expansion we are seeking to recruit a Mechanical Stores/Stock Administrator to enhance our existing team.

Responsibility:

  • The ideal candidate will work in a busy working environment covering all aspects of stock control
  • This will include booking in received goods
  • Maintaining material traceability of received goods
  • Packing and dispatching goods to projects
  • Maintaining the plant & equipment register
  • Coordination & transport of stock, plant & equipment to site
  • General grounds maintenance

Essential Criteria:

  • Be a good team player and highly motivated
  • Have good written, oral and electronic communication skills
  • Have the ability to input data and work with a computer based system

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in a storekeeping/stock control role
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A current HGV licence would be advantageous but not essential
