Major Office Development completed in Maidenhead
Works on the new 48,000 square ft ‘Pearce Building’ have just been completed and the project has been successfully handed over. This state-of-the-art building has improved the Kidwells Park area by combining striking architecture with functionality, as the building provides office space for hundreds of jobs, while adding style and character to the locale.
Michael Nugent has been supplying all mechanical and electrical solutions to the new build. We’ve fitted plumbing, heating, ventilation and public health; as well as structured cabling, mains cabling and lighting.
This significant project involved the construction of a Class A office building as part of an overall development that included a new hotel, which Michael Nugent also provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for. The office block also boasts a two story basement car park with parking spaces for 56 cars and 27 bicycles, with our services also fitted to the building’s café and associated supporting areas.
The building itself is exceptional; glass elevations capture the light of the Kidwells Park setting. Natural daylight floods in to every floor, ready to encourage creative thought. Expansive views inspire innovation in an environment designed to energise the people that work here.
