Michael Nugent Ltd is a leading M&E services provider within the building services industry who is seeking to recruit an Accounts/Administrative Assistant to enhance our existing team.
To facilitate in the administrative tasks and duties associated with the accounts department.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Liaise and Communicate with Suppliers.
• Assist with Invoicing & Purchase orders
• Process data onto the accounting software.
• Maintaining Customer & Supplier ledgers
• Perform general administrative tasks, telephone and email duties and other general office responsibilities.
• Ideally educated to A-level or to an equivalent standard and/or previous experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in IT packages, MS excel, and word. A working knowledge of Sage software or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Should be a fast learner with the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Needs to be very punctual and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to communicate information effectively.
