Upcoming Completion for London Projects

Two of our projects in London are progressing well with completion due in the coming weeks. Michael Nugent is fitting M&E works on a couple of exciting developments in the city.

Michael Nugent’s projects in London are coming along well with completion due in the next few weeks. Works at the Clayton Hotel, Chiswick will be finished at the end of September, while an office development in Maidenhead will be completed in October.

The £20m extension at the Clayton Hotel is set to enhance the facility with 85 stylish new rooms and conference space for 300 people. Replacing a low-rise industrial estate, the extension is linked to the existing hotel with a single story passageway that carries the same elegant style from the former to new areas.

Michael Nugent has been fitting all mechanical works in the extension, including plumbing, heating, sanitation and ventilation works. Installations will be finished by the end of this month.

We’ve also been working on a major hotel and office development in Maidenhead (pictured above). At 48,000 square feet, the project involved the construction of a Class A office building as part of an overall development that also includes a new hotel.

Michael Nugent has been supplying all mechanical and electrical solutions at the new build. We’ve fitted plumbing, heating, ventilation and public health; as well as structured cabling, mains cabling and lighting.

Our M&E services have also been fitted to the building’s café, associated supporting areas and its 50-vehicle underground car park. Works are now entering the commissioning phase and are due to be completed at the end of October.

Michael Nugent provides M&E services across the whole of the UK and Ireland. Find out more about what we do.
