Copelands Project Handover
We’ve completed and handed over mechanical works at the Copelands Ltd production facility in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.
Michael Nugent has completed mechanical installations at Copelands Ltd.’s workshop at the Ballyreagh Industrial Estate in Cookstown. The facility has been handed back over to the company, with modern and innovative mechanical solutions.
Copelands manufacture compressor components that are used in refrigerators, air conditioning, ventilation systems and other electrical products. The new mechanical installations will ensure the company’s production building continues to operate to the highest standard.
Founded in 1996, Copelands employs over 200 people in the Cookstown area and is a subsidiary organisation to the Emerson group – which employs 140,000 people worldwide. With a production turnover of up to 340,000 per year, the company is a significant enterprise not only for County Tyrone, but the entire Province.
Their compressor components are unique to Northern Ireland, so staff are trained internally to a high level in both technical and leadership skills. Our new mechanical solutions will enable the company to continue in the high-end production it has become known for.
