City Quays Phase 1B

With its strategic Belfast Harbour location, Phase 1B of the City Quays project is a significant development for the city’s economy. This 68,994 square foot building provides first-class office space for local, national and multi-national corporations, providing hundreds of jobs and attracting overseas investment.

The project is part of a £250m scheme across a 20-acre site at the harbour, which once complete will boast a modern hotel, office and recreational space.

Michael Nugent provided a full mechanical installation on this impressive new build. Working closely with all other contractors, we fitted heating, public health, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning.
