Dromore Central Primary School Project Complete!
All works have come to a close at the Dromore Central Primary School on the Mossvale Road and the project has been successfully handed over to the Education Authority.
This new school build was a much needed update for the pupils of Dromore Primary School as their existing building dated back to 1938 and was becoming no longer fit for purpose. The new building boasts state-of-the-art facilities with 25 classrooms and will serve the community for many years to come. The school will be fully operational in September 2016 with the first pupils entering their new home at the start of the school year.
Michael Nugent Ltd provided a full mechanical services installation including heating, plumbing, ventilation, sanitaryware & BMS control systems. A noteworthy installation contained within this building is the Jaga Oxygen radiator system. This new technology from Jaga known as ‘Oxygen2’ is a specialised heating system designed to monitor air CO2 levels & regulate the oxygen in the room accordingly, creating a fresh air flow & high powered heating with low energy costs.
